phpun Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phpun" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phpun.club, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account features.
• "Player", "User", or "You" means any individual who registers for or uses a phpun account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on phpun.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's phpun account at any given time, comprising real money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive awarded to a Player by phpun under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which phpun verifies the identity, age, and eligibility of a Player using government-issued identification documents.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available through phpun, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Play'n GO.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using phpun is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing phpun, creating an account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with phpun's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use phpun. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

phpun reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by a prominent notice displayed upon login. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

To be eligible to register and maintain a phpun account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. phpun strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not eligible to hold a phpun account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing phpun from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded from phpun or excluded under any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program during the period of exclusion.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
6. You must not be an officer, director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phpun or any of its Game Providers, to the extent that such relationship creates a conflict of interest.

To register a phpun account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested during the registration process.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one phpun account. Registering multiple accounts for the same person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

KYC Requirements: Before phpun processes any withdrawal from a Player's account, and at any time phpun deems it necessary for compliance purposes, Players are required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account confirmation matching the registered mobile number)

phpun reserves the right to suspend a Player's account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account termination.

Deposits: phpun accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpun does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and are displayed in the cashier interface.

phpun does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made from a third-party account may be refunded and the associated phpun account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• phpun targets withdrawal processing within one to three business hours for GCash withdrawals for standard verified accounts; VIP tier accounts receive priority processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• phpun reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime.

phpun is not responsible for delays in fund crediting caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond phpun's control.

phpun may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are set out in the individual promotion page or communication in which the offer is made.

The following general terms apply to all phpun promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance is permitted. The default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Only one promotional offer may be active in a Player's account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, RNG table games typically contribute 25%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion terms.
• phpun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring any obligations already incurred.
• phpun may refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus in cases where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or manipulation of the promotion, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or automated betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

phpun acts as an aggregator and distributor of games developed and certified by independent third-party Game Providers. The rules, RTP rates, and mathematics of each individual game are determined by the respective Game Provider and are not altered by phpun.

By placing a wager on any phpun game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as determined by its Game Provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed outcome on your device and the result recorded in phpun's system, the result recorded in phpun's server logs will be deemed authoritative.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that causes a game to behave incorrectly or produce an erroneous result, phpun reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the Players' accounts. phpun is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Cancelled Games: If a live game or sports event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's or sports trading rules applicable at the time the bet was placed.

phpun does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed from the lobby, temporarily suspended, or placed under maintenance at any time without prior notice.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on phpun:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using software that reads, predicts, or exploits game outcomes in any manner not available to standard players
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in games or the Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposit activity, or use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same individual
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phpun staff or other Players via any communication channel on the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

phpun reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts, and to report the conduct to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

All content on the phpun Platform, including but not limited to the phpun brand name, logos, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to phpun.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phpun solely for the purpose of participating in the games and services offered on the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any phpun content.

Game content, graphics, sound, and mechanics are owned by the respective Game Providers and are protected by their own intellectual property rights. phpun does not claim ownership over Game Provider intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpun's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpun shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Technical failures, delays, or interruptions in Platform access caused by factors outside phpun's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events
• Losses or damages caused by unauthorized third-party access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials
• Any financial loss resulting from a Player's decision to participate in any game offered on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpun's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phpun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools within every Player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from phpun. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During the exclusion period, the account is blocked and phpun will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

phpun reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where phpun identifies indicators of problem gambling, including but not limited to rapid consecutive losses, requests to remove self-imposed limits, or communications indicating financial distress.

phpun may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures
• A request by the Player to close their own account
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order, or direction from a regulatory authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phpun will notify the Player and, if the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, restore the account and any legitimate balance. Where an account is terminated for breach, any balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Account Closure by Player: Players may request closure of their phpun account at any time by contacting phpun support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

phpun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect Players' rights or obligations — phpun will provide reasonable advance notice via:

• A notification displayed within the Player's account upon next login
• An SMS message to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number
• A notice displayed prominently on the phpun homepage

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of the Terms, or changes required for immediate legal compliance, may take effect without advance notice. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Continued use of phpun after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using phpun and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact phpun's support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. phpun commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Formal Dispute Resolution: In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the Republic of the Philippines.

Regulatory Complaints: If a Player believes phpun has acted in breach of applicable regulatory requirements, the Player may submit a complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. phpun will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or investigation.
